I live in West Texas. Born an Air Force brat at Eglin AFB, Florida, we moved from Florida to New York then to Texas, and I mostly grew up all over Texas. I’m a technology guy—I worked in financial services, chemicals, engineering, healthcare—I started in hardware, moved to software, and climbed to be Chief Information Officer at 2 companies. Later, I worked for a global technology research & advisory firm.
For fun, I camp, backpack, canoe, kayak and hunt, and generally try to be off the grid as much as possible. Most of this camping is with my teenage son. My wife has MS, so that’s a big part of our lives as well—research, fundraising, and talking with newly diagnosed folks.
I’ve always written in many mediums—chasing fiction and novels now!
